Chuda/Poha Ghasa(ଚୁଡା ଘଷା)

  Ingredients:

  • Chuda/Poha (ଚୁଡା) - 1 kg
  • Coconut(grated) (ନଡିଆ) -2
  • Ghee(ଘିଅ) - 25 grm
  • Sugar (ଚିନି) -100 grm
  • Green cardamom(ଗୁଜୁରାତି) - 8
  • Black pepper(ଗୋଲମରିଚ) - 20   
  • Bundi(ବୁନ୍ଦି) - 100 grm                                                                                                                    
 Method:
  •  Grind together chuda/Poha and Sugar till poha become small broken pieces and keep a side.
  • Add Ghee, cardamom, Black pepper and mix well through hand.
  • Add grated coconut and Bundi  and mix it well. 
  •  Serve with Cucumber.
